I live in California. If this passes within seconds (as millions others should) of something like this passing (or sooner) I would list my home and as soon as I could sell it get out of Dodge. The question then is who will purchase it. Either some foreign entity or a very wealthy liberal.
Sell NOW! Move your family to the USA
Don’t wait until it passes... your property value will drop overnight... I would sell your house or at least do a cash out refi in case you have to quick sell later... you won’t lose all of the equity (just your credit) or sell now at the top of the market and rent for a couple of years...
