With the possible exception of some beach towns, “Burritos” are something you will not see on the menu of a restaurant IN Mexico, at least one more that 200 km from the US border.
The entire menu of Tex-Mex food is the same. My Dad likes authentic Mexican food. He took me to his favorite restaurant once and I did not recognize a single thing on the menu.
