PM Theresa May raises UK threat level to 'critical'
ITV ^ | Tue 23 May 2017

The UK's terror threat level has been raised from severe to critical, meaning an attack is considered imminent.

Prime Minister Theresa May announced the decision from Downing Street.

The move means that military personnel could be deployed to support armed police officers.

"It is a possibility that we cannot ignore that there a wider group of individuals linked to this attack," Mrs May said.

She said that the threat level was under constant review.

"The change in the threat level means there will be additional support available to the police as they work to keep us safe," she said.

Ping me when they raise it to: “Deport all Muslims”

That will be worthy of the threat.

Heridage just reported that threat level was increased due to evidence gathered in the last 24 hours.

The British government held an emergency COBRA meeting Tuesday morning in response to the attack at an Ariana Grande concert held at Manchester Arena. Prime minister Theresa May chaired a meeting that started at 9 a.m. UK time, aimed at coordinating the government’s response to an incident that has claimed the lives of 22 people. “We are working to establish the full details of what is being treated by the police as an appalling terrorist attack,” May said in a statement overnight. “All our thoughts are with the victims and the families of those who have been affected.”

COBRA is an abbreviation for Cabinet Office Briefing Room A, as the meetings take place at the Cabinet Office behind the prime minister’s residence of 10 Downing Street. The first meetings were convened to coordinate the government’s response to the 1972 miners’ strike. Since then, meetings have been held to discuss the response to numerous moments of national emergency, the most recent one prior to Tuesday taking place in response to the March 22 Westminster terrorist attack. “It is a way of ensuring you have got security, intelligence, police, emergency services, whoever you need for the nature of the crisis itself, brought together in one place and communicating very rapidly with one another,” Lord Turnbull, formerly a senior civil servant, told the BBC.

Have they halted Muslim immigration yet?

No?

Oh yeah I forgot, you’re supposed to do everything except what would solve the problem.

“It would be money well spent.”

Actually, taxpayers are, for the most part, paying for Muslims to live in our countries. It is common for Jihadists to have lots of cash, yet be living off welfare.

If we stop paying them to move to our countries, lots of them will stay home. Others would move back to the world they know.

Don’t hold your breath.

I’ve seen tweets/posts that say ‘Thanks, Angela Merkle, for the mess you’ve made’ (of Europe/UK, etc.)

My personal feeling is the Saudi’s believe what most Muslim’s believe; that one day every knee will bend to Allah and Allah alone, because those knees that won’t will belong to dead men... and women and children, Inshalla.

Islam is the Beast of Revelations. The Beast is just waiting for the Anti-Christ to show himself.

Remember what Jesus said, “By their fruits ye will know them.”

Well, murder of people: beheadings, burning, small children beheaded, young boys being taught to behead and shoot prisoners for no crime except they were not Muslim, claiming young girls and teens as your sex slaves, sodomizing young boys; all this and more, are very, very BAD fruit.

The last night of the Prom’s is the patriotic one with huge crowds all around the country.

I’ve been enjoying the last night of the proms on youtube for years. I can’t think of a comparable American celebration of patriotism. Even 4th of July on the Mall doesn’t match the full-throated singing of ‘Rule Britannia’.

I’ve read that many Brits aren’t that thrilled with the ‘Last Night’ program and there were some moves to drop the more patriotic hymns, but they didn’t last. Also the flag-waving crowds at both the Albert Hall and venues around the country aren’t very ‘diverse’.

Hope this isn’t taken away from us in the name of safety.

But she will still approve of her government hassling and arresting the likes of Tommy Robinson and others who are sounding the alarm.
