"You can trust Judicial Watch to get to the bottom of this issue...and to get the documents directly so that you and the American people can figure out whether or not there needs to be a controversy about this tragic murder, or whether there's something more than meets the eye." --JW President Tom Fitton
-FULL TRANSCRIPT-
I know a lot of you are asking questions about what Judicial Watch is doing to investigate the controversy surrounding the death of DNC staffer Seth Rich. We've filed Freedom of Information requests to the DC police department and the DC mayor's office last week.
We have an FBI request pending from last year, and of course, separately we are asking questions under the federal Freedom of Information Act about the DNC hack itself.
You can trust Judicial Watch to get to the bottom of this issue, at least ask the questions in a sensible way, and to get the documents directly so that you and the American people can figure out whether or not there needs to be a controversy about this tragic murder, or whether there's something more than meets the eye.
But either way, you can't trust the media to do it, you can't trust Congress to do it, but you can trust Judicial Watch to ask the tough questions and demand answers.

And CNN quickly with a story on the Fox retraction:
http://money.cnn.com/2017/05/23/media/fox-news-removes-seth-rich-story/index.html
If proven, Seth Rich’s murder investigation could (1) completely destroy the ‘Russians hacked the election’ being peddled by Democrats since the night of Hillary’s loss; and (2) lead to the indictment of major DNC/Democrat players.
Go, JW. Get the files and let us see them.

This is going to be the latest issue that the Dims try to jettison:
“The discredited Seth Rich story/witch hunt/investigation bringing hurt to his family/GOP fake news.”
“Look how ridiculous are these people who pursue this story, they must be ridiculed, mocked, and marginalized!” (Alinsky’d)
Wonder if he's been told not to go there.
Good on JW. Maybe we can finally get some real facts instead of speculation on this case.
Yes. I think it is a long shot, but hell....why not.
The Clinton’s have a great history of covering their tracks.
Tom Fitton has kicked leftist ass all over DC, and that’s under zero in office for 8 years.
DC Mayors office has already decided it’s time to “MOVEON.org”
This is a robbery that ended tragically, Kevin Donahue, Washingtons deputy mayor for public safety, told NBC News this week. Thats bad enough for our city, and I think it is irresponsible to conflate this into something that doesnt connect to anything that the detectives have found. No WikiLeaks connection.
DC Mayor is a complete Democrat political hack.
Today we find out it was Donna B from the DNC telling the family to stand down in their investigation.
Who found out Seth was the leaker? Who ordered the hit? Hope we find out.
What about all the other unproven news stories other outlets are peddling? That SEIU lawyer the DNC hired must be offering the Seth family a lot of money.
That’s what I wonder.
Good hunting JW!
Common ploy by the Fed Gov / FBI is to raid elected officials offices of suspected DNC criminal activity only to garner their records for destruction, not for prosecution purposes, unless of course the democrat official had ratted out his DNC colleagues. Good luck to JW on getting the official records from any of the current players on the Seth Rich murder.

All the DC pressure on FOX News to silence Hannity.
Hannity, on the Radio, said that if he’s Fired, he’ll find a way to communicate!
They are freaking out for a reason, folks.
Wonder why one set of rules for Sourcing on a story about Seth Rich, and another for anyone in the Trump Admin?
-
Read the retraction. What was wrong with the original story that made them retract it?
This is GREAT to see JW jump in here. I wonder how much more are they seeing than us... if anything. Asking the right questions with a FOIA request could really crack things open here.
Tom doesn’t go to bat until 1) he knows what data exists and 2) where it is and how they’ll try to destroy it, and whether it exists elsewhere.
