My sentiments exactly! What a fraud Comey is. Must be lined up for a job with the Clintons, Obammy’s or CNN. He’ll fit right in.

Comey seemed all right with Trump ... I didn’t like the way the story was handled, for him to learn of his firing in the LA FBI office on TV ... BUT the fact that he saw the story and thought it was a joke shows that he had no intention of leaving on his own in the then-foreseeable future. Anything he (”or sources close to Comey”) says now is nothing but sour grapes.
Comey is a slimy punk.

but, they are trying to provide exoneration for their chosen, impeached but not removed, forever held in the highest regard, our former president, Bill Clinton, by tarring Trump with the same fated brush as BC.
Comey has lost his validity and NOTHING will restore it.

Just as he was for the prosecution of Hillary before he was against it...or something. He sounds like a real nutcase.
The gop needs to really come down hard on Comey. Opening the meeting going through all of Comey’s sins. All the non-investigated crimes of the previous administration. Unrecorded testimony, just nail him and call him the worst FBI head he could think of.

I’ve been through this.
1. If he says THIS under oath, the special investigator will get him for obstructing justice cuz he was to report this immediately as FBI director. Hence, I seriously doubt he will say this under oath.
2. If he says he has a memo, you know what comes next. . . .
No ONE cares if Comey has a Memo. Is Comey now going to become the most credible MEMO taker ever? Anyone and Everyone can take notes at their job. So WHAT? Why does Comey think his note taking AFTER the actual meeting, not DURING the meeting, mind you... are a true reflection of what was said.
If he documented what was said in a meeting and is now wanting to use that as evidence as to why he shouldn't have been fired, it makes everyone suspect of his note taking. He seems that Comey had a huge Anti Trump bias in his note taking when he had a meeting with Trump.
Corey's memo i.e. Notes from a meeting with Trump should be taken with a HUGE grain of salt.
Comey can take whatever notes he wants. Doesn't meant they are accurate notes and for sure shows he was very bias in the notes he took AFTER the actual conversation. Comey should just exit stage left. His needs to let his ego go, he is obviously very embarrassed that he was fired. We get it. But he doesn't need to prolong his embarrassment. He needs to just accept his was in a position that was easily fire-able, especially when he appeared to be acting very political in what is suppose to be a very nonpolitical role.
