Haha, well I am married - 30 years this year. And my daughter is a psych nurse and seems to have no problem with my sanity. :)
You are right - I was not a believer when yoga sucked me in. But the Bible says we need to be careful not to cause the weak (me in this case) to stumble. When a church hosts a yoga class, they are giving it their stamp of approval. Those of weak or uncertain faith can be drawn in very easily.
I have no problem with strong believers doing yoga for exercise if they can avoid the emptying of their mind and can separate the physical exercise from the philosophical and spiritual underpinnings. I just want to emphasize that a wholesale endorsement of yoga can cause people to stumble.

Nobody is worshiping demons in yoga class.
