Why There Won’t Be Any Evidence Of Russian ‘Collusion,’ Explained In Just Two Paragraphs
dailycaller.com ^ | Ryan Pickrell

Posted on 05/20/2017 4:36:11 AM PDT by RoosterRedux

Conservative blogger Jim Geraghty, a contributor for National Review and noted #nevertrumper, explained the complete lack of evidence in just two very straightforward paragraphs.

Are any Democratic lawmakers starting to fear that they’re not going to find that evidence? The intelligence community is presumably always watching the Russian government as closely as they can. The FBI counterintelligence guys presumably track Russian agents on our soil as much as possible. You figure the NSA can track just about any electronic communication between Russians and figures in the Trump campaign. If there was something sinister and illegal going on between the Trump campaign and the Russian government, the U.S. government as a whole had every incentive in the world to expose that as quickly as possible.

They didn’t expose it before Election Day, they didn’t expose it before the Electoral College voted, they didn’t expose it before Inauguration Day … How many months have the best investigators in the United States been digging into this?

Remember When Obama Gifted Vital U.S. Intelligence to Cuban Spies?

In one of his closing acts as president, Obama ordered U.S. intelligence agencies to “share” information with the terror-sponsoring, drug-smuggling Castro regime.

There is a Russia connection, but its within the Clinton circle. And the special prosecutor isn’t tasked to look there.

Its like the old joke. The man is on his knees by a street lamp. What are you doing? Looking for my keys. You lost them here? No, I lost them over there. So why aren’t you looking over there? Because the light is better under the lamp.

Asking questions is the new form of journalism. Since all of his questions remain unanswered there is no “There won’t be ...”. I believe almost all of journalism is out to get Trump (and by extension us) but until the Trump admin releases some real documentation the questions will remain.

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) asserted that, "After Trump fired FBI's Comey
over Russiagate an atmosphere of fear has gripped the nation." Schumer said he's scared ****less
to even go to a gas station.

Here's what happened to Schumer last time he gassed up.

Remember when obama and the media accused Trump of “ whining” about the possibility of tampered elections?
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cruh2p_Wh_4

Did he know the fbi and intelligence community were spying on and collecting information about “ Russia”’ againsr Trump and his family and asssociates even while obama was insulting Trump in the Rose Garden for calling for investigation and prevention of election hacking?

Such a flip flop

Because there isn't any.

There! Short. To the point in four words. Don't need no stinkin' long paragraphs.

The Russians hacked the DNC servers and found evidence the DNC was plotting election fraud which hampered the DNC in committing election fraud and influence the election by making it more not less legal and legitimate. Period. End of discussion.

We now have an empaneled “special” prosecutor and an investigation looking for a crime.

How many months have the best intel investigators on the globe been digging into this? The FBI, and particularly NSA, can track just about any telecommunication in the US. If something sinister and illegal was going on, our intel agencies had every reason to expose it quickly.....before the "security threat" was inaugurated. Significantly, Our intel agencies didn’t expose a Trump/Russian connection:

<><> before Election Day,

<><> they didn’t expose it before the Electoral College voted,

<><> they didn’t expose it before Inauguration Day,

<><> and they still haven't exposed it.

The amusing thing to this episode is that at any moment, Putin’s folks might come up and want to give ‘evidence’ to this special prosecutor....about talks they had with the Clinton Foundation. At that point, he has to accept the ‘evidence’. My gut feeling is that this was all planned out two or three years ago by Putin and puts not only Trump three or four idiots into a bind, but the Clinton Foundation, and maybe a dozen Senators as well.

Mueller is setting his perjury traps right now.

He has nothing else.

The only thing the Left care about is that this investigation continues through the 2018 election.

The media needs to be taught a lesson. You can say boycott advertisers but which ones? There are too many.

A general strike against name brands, in general, might get their attention.

If everyone chose generic, store brand or local brands that don’t generally do tv advertising might get there attention. The same for restaurants, do not patronize the chains that advertise on tv. Eat at the local, family owned restaurants.

Do it until they feel the reduction in revenue.

There is a long history of economic boycotts that have helped to defeat enemies.

The American Revolution and the boycott of British products.
India under Ghandi boycotting British products.
MLK and the civil rights movement boycotting the bus company and others.

It works.

Obama and Michelle were right. Americans can not continue to live the lives they have been living. They need to fight with everything they have, including their wallets.

What a colossal waste of time and money

Well at least the democrats are paying for it. Oh wait...

Has anyone estimated the cost of this in terms of time and money? They need to post a running tally.

Make no mistake. Repubs are thrilled about this not only because it makes Trump look bad but more importantly they are able to avoid having to do anything they were elected to do. Disgraceful

Maybe I need another cuppa coffee - but how does one release "real documentation" on something that never happened?

If something sinister and illegal was going on, our intel agencies had every reason to expose it quickly.

Nice insight! Boobamba and Hillary were trying everything in their power to take Trump down before the election.

It makes no sense they would not use it when they had a chance to prevent Trump from being elected.

No, the Russian meme is merely a way to redirect inquiry away from the accusers! But soon it's going to reverse on these criminals. Somebody big is going to jail.

But it takes time to expose the scandal drip-by-drip to acclimate non-Deplorable voters to a reality they can't comprehend just yet: Criminals and traitors to America have been running our country for a very long time.

Actually, from what I understand, a special procedures has broad scope. They are allowed to investigate and prosecute any crime found along the way. So, if they find that the DNC conspired to use the Russian narrative for the purpose of bringing down the presidency he can procedure the conspiracy.
