Why does the FBI Director have to be some attorney/judge that is driven by politics? Why can’t the Director be a COP? It is, after all, a law enforcement agency, not a law firm.
How about Rudy Guiliani??? Seems like he as the best credentials of all. Knows the law (prosecutor), knows the politics on both local and federal levels, and has a strong background in security (his post-mayoral job).

Garland must have been going to be one of the Left’s greatest moles. They really wanted him on the Supreme Court.
