Let me say, Morning Joe had Sarah Huckabee Sanders for breakfast this morning, and spit her out. She was totally ill prepared for the onslaught, or totally ignorant of the Morning Joe daily political assault on TRUMP. Embarrassing.

This would have been tough for Spicer as well, but he is much better with command than Sanders. She makes incorrect statements and is just not equipped to give as good as she gets. Not on Morning Joe.

I agree.

Sean Spicer is a likable guy, BUT I do not care for him as Press Secretary, especially during the first part of the briefings.

When he reads through the list of the President’s schedule for the day, he sounds rushed, almost breathless. He runs his sentences together and doesn’t pause long enough between each event for the mind of the listener to process it.

I listened to Sarah Huckabee Sanders as she filled in for sean today and I was really impressed by her.

She was deliberate, self-confident, well-spoken, no-nonsense, and affable.

I would not mind in the least if President Trump replaced Sean with Sarah.

I have to agree but I have great sympathy for him. Then again it’s the presidency.

I think he’s getting less face time because he’s out doing reserve duty...nice try, CNN

Fake news...although “sources at the highest levels within cnn” told me they are chronic liars and that they suck.

I agree, there is nothing out there about this. As others have said, this is fake news. Regardless, I support Spicer. He’s done an admirable job given the crap he faces day in and day out during the press conferences.

Yes, the same idiotic questions, asked by, as you described, an openly hostile press corps, not just every day, but over and over and over again, during the same press conference.

Sean Spicer is bigger than me. I would have uninvited them for being perennially rude, silly and delusional.

“Spicer hid behind some bushes”

I’m not inclined to believe that’s what happened.

I think that Sean has done a yeoman's job

Sean is a Navy-Reserve officer.

At his next press conference, at the first stupid question he gets, Spicer should respond "Your question looks very funny for me."

One of the first times it hit home for me that there was FAKE NEWS out there, was during the Clinton-Lewinsky affair.

The Los Angeles Times, an allegedly professional news organization, put out a story that the stain on Lewinsky's blue dress had been tested, and that results proved it was NOT Clinton's DNA.

A few weeks later, the real news came out.

I have the same sense as I had back then - that these so-called news purveyors will publish whatever fits their agenda. Truth? Not as important as achieving their leftist goals.

She was not great, but was a little better armed with a decent and believable chronology, .... but after she threw Rubenstein under the bus, ALL DAY LONG.

It was bad. Rubenstein is a grown up, not to be treated as a cage mask for a freshman White House spokesman!

I thought she was great. Our opinions differ.
Did she lie about Rubenstein or repeat was she was told?
If you have some inside info let me know.
