What is AWE? I’ll check out the white helmet stuff- i just checked youtube for the white helmet vids- but nope- not there-

Remember that Rush is still on AM radio and that is where he got his start. At least, that is where I first heard him for the first time. That was when FM radio was “the thing.”
Conservatives prefer content over “pretty and flashy.”
They’ll get there but they need massive infusions of cash and perhaps some guidance/producers to mold them- they aren’t far off from what I’ve seen- but their lack of funding and national exposure is keeping them back- hopefully cable stations will start picking them up- then they’ll become more successful and mainstream- fox started out the same way- except they had more finding and could hire professional handlers to help them present their message better- I remember the early days of fox- they were ‘trying too hard’ too- - and I’ve watched as experimental segments either succeeded or failed- trial and error- but now that fox has paved the way- young upstarts can avoid many of the same pitfalls by studying what worked and what didn’t at fox (and to take note that sexual exploitation only gets a network so far- but eventually the shoe will drop)

I have never watched it once. I bought the package for OANN for $8/month on Roku.
Now OANN is available by itself for $4. White Helmets is on OANN, not AWE.
It’ll be on Sat and Sunday during the time almost nobody is watching the news. It almost feels like somebody is going to watch it and step on their balls and put them out of business.
I saw that documentary; it was well done. It opens up more debate on the matter definitely.
Love me some Liz Wheeler on Tipping Point. Best show on Cable News period. And I love the history snippets instead of all the commercials. Hope they make it, as this is what Fox News could have been. So glad DirecTV picked it up!
White helmets went to sources like RT, Putin and I believe even one of the Iranian sources. Not that convincing.
OANN puts a disclaimer on that program that it doesn’t necessarily reflect their opinions.
I’m not watching Fox; I’m watching OANN, a college in Irving is in lockdown with an active shooter, 2 dead have been found. This is pretty bad and no one has reported it here yet. There news is current from what I’ve seen.

I don’t like Direct TV because when it rains you (I) lose all service. Being in NE Carolina the rains is heavy at times and you lose tv service. I have Roku.

Wikileaks released tens of thousands of internal Democratic National Committee emails last summer, with Russia thought to be the source, and just weeks after the release, DNC staffer Seth Rich was fatally killed while walking to his Washington, DC home. Now some Members of Congress are raising questions about these events.
“I do not believe that the evidence at this time proves that the Russians would conclude that the Russians are the the ones who hacked the DNC. We have heard every report from the intelligence groups that are making their reports and they have weasel words in them, and they are based on opinion based on someone who is probably a strong liberal democrat,” says Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-California).
Reports of the Russian hack of the DNC seem to be based on mere opinion says California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher. And Rohrabacher believes other possible alleged sources of the computer breach—potentially including murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich–should be investigated.
“Whoever it could be, we need to look into it and verify. The fact that the young man’s death has not been followed by an investigation that would even be in place for an ordinary murder is very suspicious to me,” Rohrabacher ventures.
And Rohrabacher isn’t the only Member of Congress asking questions. Texas Congressman Blake Farenthold also wonders whether or not the intrusion into the DNC computer server may have been an inside job, potentially by any DNC staffer in a similar position like that of Seth Rich.
“I think it should definitely be a part of the investigation. It’s an alternative theory and any good investigation looks at alternative theories,” observes Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas). “We need to investigate all the options. A lot of the allegations about Russia and some of the allegations about President Trump now are all coming from un-named sources. Sources suggesting it was an inside job are probably just as valid as somebody not willing to give their name.”
With Members of Congress asking questions about the DNC hack, it may be possible there will now be some answers.
