Why do so many people, even here, suddenly believe that DC should have ANY control over healthcare insurance? What happened?
That is the key question and everyone is dodging it.
As for my beliefs:
I believe that there is no situation so dire, so screwed up, that the federal government can not make worse.

Yours is the correct question. We should be voting solely on repeal, but republicans want national health care. Everything they’ve said on this issue the last 7 years has been a lie.
At this point we are just negotiating over the flavor of Marxism being installed.

I want to know the last time an insurance company performed c-t, wrote an rx, took a bp... insurance is not healthcare. I have been in healthcare a very long time. Truth is cut out the insurance and provide basic care directly to consumers.
All of this is just a ploy to get single payer.
I want to see this bill, or did they sign amendments in the dark. The Management amendment from the first bill... the McArthur amendment?
