Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters (Calif.) spoke to the Huffington Post on Thursday and fondly remembered the 1992 Los Angeles riots, insisting they were actually an "insurrection."
More than 50 people were killed during the riots, with thousands more injured and over $1 billion in property damage. But Waters told the Huffington Post that the L.A. riots were "a milestone in the history of black people demanding justice."
"These were people who had been basically forgotten," Waters said. "And because of Rodney King's beating and the current emotion that was stirring in that, it was like people were saying, We're here. You can't do this to us. Look what you're doing, look how you've been.'"

No Maxine. This was savages acting like savages! You sure haven’t done bad. They keep putting your ignorant arse in office and nothings changed. What a joke!!
Well, Maxine...Is THIS a “defining moment” in Black resistance???
Sacramento Bee:
Neven Glen Butler, 18, of North Highlands, was arrested by Sacramento County homicide detectives on suspicion of murder and sexual assault in the killing on Wednesday morning of Fusako Petrus.
Butler was already in custody for allegedly assaulting another elderly woman the same day in Arden Arcade.
Maxine, the Enabler of Dysfunction and Destruction.
This woman’s California congressional district should be up for grabs as well as others. Because what of their support of “Sanctuary State” is costing the average Californian.

Has done an analysis which is worth taking a look at and spreading the word and using before and during the 2018 showdown.
Democrat motto for race relations: “Keep hate alive.”
Once again I find myself agreeing with you. I, in my mind long ago, separated ‘black’ individuals out from the ‘black’ culture.
Head shot or they reanimate.
The LA rioters also killed a few people unlucky enough to get caught in their “insurrection”.
I guess it would detract from the glory for Maxine to mention those victims.
Lawlessness, anarchy, looting, murder, and arson is a GOOD thing, right, Maxine Waters?
Jesus, this nagger should just retire.
Black racism is justified in this bitter old race baiting hags heart. Had this insurrection made it into the suburbs it would have been a blood bath for the rioters.
The media and politicians ginned up his hate of Koreans and the police stood down and let this blow up whether ordered to or by choice.
The FBI needs to start investigating people like her who are trying to start riots.
Or give war a chance
Maxine Waters on Los Angeles 1992 riots: “Riot is the voice of the unheard.” There were mothers who took this as an opportunity to take some milk, to take some bread, to take some shoes. Maybe they shouldnt have done it, but the atmosphere was such that they did it. They are not crooks.
Fond memories of 50 people dying. Had the police acted like the Koreans they may have had to kill maybe 5 people, Them it would circulate through the rioters that they better go home. During the French Revolution Napoleon reportedly said, It is false that we fired first with blank charge; it had been a waste of life to do that.
It’s an evil spirit thang.
Grudge of generations.
The LA riots were about stealing stuff.
I remember a couple of things.
#1 Tom Bradley (then Mayor of LA) comes out from a party dunk on air and asks how there could not be riots yet?
#2 Reporters were interviewing people in the riots, most said Rodney who?
This was the massive criminal elements that is present in most inner cities in this case activating for profit in the LA streets.
Those with guns protecting their property were left alone.
Being there is lots of racism in the inner city, you saw black gang members looking to attack anyone else that did not look like them as well in that area at that time.
Unseen too. Evil spirits.
Unless a whole generation is to be shot we must find a better answer or suffer it all.
She only regrets not throwing a brick at Denny’s head herself. Doesn’t it just warm your heart.
And even black on black
