President Trump ripped the Tuesday decision by a federal court to strike down his executive order blocking federal funding from sanctuary cities, in a series of tweets Wednesday morning.

Trump criticized the 9th Circuit for rendering two objectionable rulings: the Tuesday decision on sanctuary cities, and the appeals court decision that took down his immigration order.

"First the Ninth Circuit rules against the ban & now it hits again on sanctuary cities-both ridiculous rulings. See you in the Supreme Court!" Trump tweeted.

What’s the actual EO? Word going around that the ruling was against ... nothing. Trump may have _said_ some things, but hasn’t actually directed anything.

*TRUMP-SPICER BUMP*

We KNEW the Socialists were going to throw monkey wrenches (feces) at him from Day 1.

I’m so GLAD to see him fighting back. So refreshing!

Things WILL get done; of that I have no doubt. I have NO problem with him being perceived as, ‘combative.’ To me, that is LEADERSHIP...something we haven’t SEEN in decades!

I’m wondering if the travel ban EOs are a smoke screen. The extreme vetting is in effect. It will accomplish the same thing as a ban.

Yep, I do believe this is a Chess master move indeed.

Damn right.

Imagine the leftist whining that Gorsuch stole the SCOTUS seat from Merrick Gardner. Not that they aren’t already doing it, but it will reach EPIC proportions.

Do judges have any personal legal responsibility for the actions while acting in their professional capacity?

Need clarification.
Thanks

I would have ICE do 30 days of constant non-stop 24 hour a day raids in San Francisco starting tomorrow.

Exactly right, the dems are winning these battles because they fight harder and nastier than we do.

The very reason the democrats are successful at fighting battles is the very reason they can stab Bernie in the back and yet he travels around w Perez on a unity tour.

In my opinion, the most effective measure of how we’re doing is the following:

Trump’s mandate (honeymoon) period is 50% over at best.

Trump’s 1st term governing window is 7% gone. Legislatively, it’s ~12% gone.

I thought this was related to withholding Justice Department grants, not executive orders. Maybe I missed something?

No, they are the rulers. Peasants be damned.

But no, in all seriousness - they do not.

“the dems are winning these battles”

What have they won exactly?

They are standing on the side of criminal aliens on the sanctuary city case and on the side of Isis refugees on the travel ban case.

They are exactly where Trump wants them to be. The campaign commercials just write themselves.

They need to be impeached when their “decisions” are blatantly against the Law of the Land and the Constitution.

Yup. Once one of these “so called” judges ties a knot in it we end up in the court system which doesn’t seem in a hurry to do anything. But, how come a death penalty question seems to be able to make it to the SCOTUS within minutes and get a ruling? Matter of life and death? Seems like these two issues may be a matter of life and death also.
