So...the DOJ could only use 3 grant programs to withhold money and they can STILL use those 3 avenues today, in spite of the judge’s ruling. Makes me wonder why they even used an EO to start the plan. They could have started withholding funds without any fanfare at all. The MSM gets to beat him up over this, and it looks like a loss for Team Trump when it really is not, except in the public arena.
This sounds like a really foolish mistake by Team Trump, maybe being done just to placate the base.
