Congress can limit the authority of the judiciary on any subject, if they want to. It’s in the Constitution. But they have rarely if ever done so.

the federal government should have impeachment hearings on some of these judges. even if impeaching the judge does not happen it would educate the public to what is going on with the judiciary.
The judge should be on a plane heading to DC for the purpose of questioning and/or impeachment.
Judges like this need to be removed immediately. This guy blocked the videos of the planned parenthood abortion mills.
They used legal obstuctionism to blocked his immigration directive. Still deportations are way up, illegal immigration is way down and he calls a terrorist a terrorist.

Congress can write a law exempting it from Judicial Review. But do they have the motivation to do this, or be loyal to their donors, who have purchased them for the donor’s wishes.
Perhaps this unlawful, treasonous judicial interference will be the precipitating cause for populist “corrective action”.
It won’t work because arrogant judges believe their power is unlimited and universal. They would simply specify the amount they want released by decree.

Some judge ordered that they let in 100,000 refugees because the religious organizations that the federal government pays to settle them would suffer financial hardship if they don’t. So far they’re getting away with it.
The simple solution is to just not “mail the checks” and let the cities sue for the funds. It will take years to move through those very same courts...
