That is kind of crazy. The judge cannot force the Federal Government to send money to anyone. If the President or Congress doesn’t sign the check, no money goes. Trump could shut the government down, let the judge try to enforce the law himself.

My point exactly. Plus, Trump could also simply take several months to get around to sending money. And stonewall the judge if he complains.

how about states now ignoring the homo marriage crap too.
