I thought the balance of powers inluded Supreme Court, not Fed. Court. This is getting beyond ridiculous.
I believe there’s legislation going on right now to deal with the matter. Sanctuary cities simply should not exist.

Well, we’ll just add this to the list of judicial smack-downs. I’m getting to the point of ‘why bother’ since we never appeal. In fact, the judiciary has made more gains in power under these few months with Trump than at any other time in our nation’s history. If Trump keeps writing more ‘bitch slap’ opportunities we can dispense with the executive branch altogether.
It should not even be debatable. Courts should have no say so on immigration law.
These judges have no power to enforce their decisions. I believe obunghole on more than one occasion ignored similar rulings.
The best response would be to get congress to remove these judges immediately which can be done through various procedural motions. Impeachment not needed.
But Congress has seceded all power to the judiciary and executive. So Trump should ignore the ruling and throw the crises (if one can be manufactured by the left) into the legislative branch lap. These judges are completely past their constitutional bounds.

Its the same with gun laws here in CA. They know what they are passing is unconstitutional. They know it will be years before the lawsuits against said unconstitutional gunlaws are heard, soooooo, in the meantime, the law stands.

The judge reminds me of the judges here in Monmouth, Morris, Middlesex and Union Counties in NJ. Trump better aim for a landslide in 2020.
