A circuit court cant block this from happening anywhere outside their designated circuit area.
IE circuit courts do not have nationwide jurisdiction.

Pubbies need to grow a backbone. The legislature can put these courts out of existence, and set up different districts that will have constitutional judges.
They can also through their appropriations process simply not appropriate funds to these cities. Congress Critters need to hear from outraged citizens about these judges.
Also check your state laws to see if there is any action that can be taken regarding judges inappropriate behavior and then organize to take it.

You're asking the President to slog his way through a process which has been completely corrupted by the same out of control, treasonous branch of government, that is defying his plenary authority to do his job.
That strategy is illogical on its face.
The President needs to address the nation, citing chapter and verse of the Law and the Constitution, showing point by point where the Judicial branch has overstepped its constitutional authority.
He then needs to let the people know that he intends to ignore the court's illegal orders, and that he's officially demanding that Congress use its power to put a stop to this judicial tyranny. He has to face the fact that he will effectively have his presidency nullified and arrested in place, if he does not stand firm on his authority.

I know theoretically he can’t be impeached for following the law. The judges absolutely usurped power here and with immigration. What disturbs me is, regardless of innocence, there are Congressmen who would vote for impeachment anyway.
But I think we’ve reached the point where DJT is going to have to face this or simply capitulate to the commies in BOTH PARTIES, the judiciary, and the rest of gov’t. Never in all my years did I think the United States of America would be fighting for its survival, with the enemies having been successfully embedded WITHIN its infrastructure from A to Z.

They don't have any say. The law gives the President complete and full authority over all matters of immigration.
But the courts no longer base their rulings on such quaint concepts as the actual LAW.
