Did not the USSC declare the Alien and Sedition act unconstitutional?

I’d be just curious when this was enforced. Too avidly and we might also condemn Christians who want to change the regime from ungodliness to godliness.

Found this: "Three of the found acts called, collectively, the Alien and Sedition Acts, were repealed by congress at the beginning of Thomas Jefferson's administration. The fourth, the Alien Enemies Act, was modified after World War I but remains in force to this day."
