Happened Saturday night and BART has been sitting on the story since then, refusing to release security footage because the perpetrators "appear" to be minors.
How is this not the biggest story in the country right now?

How is this not the biggest story in the country right now? I live in the Bay Area, and this is the first I'm hearing about this mass thug attack. I usually avoid the TV news (except for weather), but I'll have to tune in this evening to see if they deign to report on this event.
