“far right” = not on board with the globalist agenda of universal human slavery
Lovely and joyful!
Because she’s losing in the polls by 25+ percent in a head to head matchup. And the vote is in 2 weeks. And France doesn’t have an Electoral College.
They did all through the Democratic primary to boost Hillary.
Le Pen is probably supportive of those policies. She’s only “far right” in the sense that she’s a “France First” nationalist/Euro skeptic who is not ashamed of being White.
Thanks for the link (#235). Very interesting.
No, I dont know much about wines, but I do try to keep up with the basics of whats going on in the world.
I dont consider Paul Ryan a true conservative, I havent forgiven him for his attacks on Trump during the campaign, and I want someone better as Speaker. However, I think even a quick look at his Better Way Agenda vs. the Democratic Party Platform makes it clear that no matter how wishy-washy and incompetent he is hes still better than Nancy Pelosi or your average Dem (and the average Dem is still to the right of Macron).
It doesnt really matter what I think though. I was noting that in European politics (not my personal opinion) Ryan would be pretty far to the right. There are no prominent, truly conservative candidates in Western Europe by American standards. Everything is shifted farther to the left over there. Macron is not even close to what the average Freeper would consider a centrist. Its the medias sleight of hand calling him one. Obama essentially endorsed Macron because theyre similar politically, except that Macron is more overt in his socialism.
At least Newtie was 19 (and she 26) when they met and they were 7 years apart, NOT 24 years 😜
Macron's parents begged this pedo to please stop seeing their son until he was at least 18.
Reminds me of that LeTourneau teacher.
There is no such thing as “extreme Left”. The term “Extreme” is reserved for the Right only...
I am so sick of these masked, “triggered”, violent snowflakes. The leftists love all of those adjectives.
She’s not “far right.”
Macron is not “centrist.”
She cares about France. Macron is pure arrogance and personal ambition.
My point was that some politicians always break in the direction the prevailing leftward winds, i.e., with the governing class, the media, the victimizers and grievance-mongers, the takers and not the makers.
But I hope all your canned chatter left you feeling fulfilled.
In France if you are not a socialist, you are “far right”.
"I just picked up an interesting update Fen. Marine is quite ahead in Donzy, a small bellwether town in Burgundy (1,600), which has always selected the presidential winner. Donzy is the equivalent of Britain's bellwether town, Basildon."
I'm all for term limits and I'm sure Trump is too. I think the only way it's going to happen is an Article V Convention of States which I fully support. I hope he does too. It would help if he would come out and fully endorse it.
Everyone keeps labeling her “far-right”...she’s an economic socialist. Amazing the just being anti-globalization and anti-islamization makes you “far-right”.
Your snarky little comments are cute. I hope you at least find them entertaining. Forgive me for thinking that you had any interest in French politics just because you posted on a thread about the French election.
I don’t have any interest in being patronized, that’s all.
No biggie, I’m sure there are others who will appreciate your expertise.
