that appears to be a columbine Pax.. Lovely flowers and perennials . They do a lot of self seeding also

The heritage ones self seed. The new hybred ones (as this appears to be ) must be propagated It’s not difficult but takes a bit of know how !
I’ve tried to buy heritage when available. But newer varieties have brighter colors
