Judith Clark, the getaway driver in a fatal armored car robbery in 1981, has been denied parole, despite support from Governor Andrew Cuomo for her release.
Four months ago, Cuomo sparked controversy after he commuted Clark's life sentence, allowing the former revolutionary to seek early release for her role in the botched robbery of a Brinks truck in Rockland County.
After the ruling, he released a statement saying Clark deserved the opportunity to make her case and he respects the parole board's decision.
Clark has served more than 35 years of a 75-years-to-life sentence for her role in the shooting, which left a guard and two police officers dead.
While Clark’s supporters and the governor said she was totally rehabilitated, her critics, including relatives of the victims, said she didn’t deserve leniency.
The 67-year-old will be eligible for parole again in two years.
There are some things even Prince Andrew can’t get done here in the Thugocracy of the Umpire State.
Cuomo is pondscum. They should have toasted this bitch long ago.

Trombino survived his injuries, and continued to work for the Brink’s company for the next 20 years until he was killed in the September 11, 2001 attacks while making a delivery in the World Trade Center North Tower.

Good for the parole board. She should have been executed, in my opinion.

It pays to have political connections, doesn’t it? Thought it appears not have helped Judith Clark this time, it did keep her out of the electric chair and two years she will get another go at it. If she makes it next time, hopefully she will have an accident.

Kathy Boudin (born May 19, 1943) was a member of the far-left radical group the Weather Underground who was convicted of felony murder for her role in the Brink’s robbery of 1981 that resulted in the killing of two Nyack police officers, killing one security guard and seriously wounding one security guard. She was released from prison in 2003 and is now an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
