The electoral vote in 2016 was actually pretty close.
Trump is in the White House because he carried states such as Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Iowa, North Carolina.
I don’t have numbers in front of me, but I think these key states he carried by narrow margins.
There’s also the issue of how the Democrat candidates in 2016, Hillary and the God awful Tim Kaine, didn’t exactly inspire enthusiasm and high turnout among the Democrat/liberal/radical/socialist base of voters.
If they have a charismatic candidate in 2020 for the Dems, this could be a tough re-election fight for Trump.
Yeah, but Minnesota and New Hampshire were close that Hillary won.
FYI, only Michigan was close.
I suspect if the fraud is taken out of the Detroit returns, it wasn’t.
I see no charismatic dem candidate, they have an awful bench.
If Trump continues to fulfill his promises, there won’t be a problem.
I think Cruz was making that point in a roundabout sort of way.
Warren is not liked in her home state. She has zero charisma and that shrill voice of hers would be unbearable to normal Americans.
Unfortunately for them, the other side has set a precedent about accepting the results of an election.
Our side has a "git er done" attitude, and the tools to git er done.
So, if we don't like the results of the next election... 😀
Trump won Ohio and Iowa by nearly double digits.
Horse Dung!
