Just REPEAL the damned thing. A one sentence bill will do it.
I don’t understand why this is tough. Repeal Obamacare, pass law so that people can buy as little or as much health insurance as they want, and with the money saved by getting rid of O-care, help those left in the lurch. Also, US desperately needs tort reform. Then let the free market work it’s magic. This might get rid of a lot of state bureaucrats and politicians who micro-manage health insurance now as a bonus.
Maybe Ryan should have GOP-caucus-only meetings on this until he can get their votes on something.
Even with that they are screwed in the Senate.
