This is sooo easy.

So, he pleads the cases down to misdemeanors to avoid the felony conviction that would trigger deportation. Move the goalposts to deport anyone convicted of a misdemeanor.

If he just lets them go with no charges, move the goalposts again to deport anyone who has been arrested. If that doesn't work, just deport them all, and charge the prosecutor with dereliction of duty.

ALL illegal aliens ARE subject to deportation.
We should not have to wait until illegal aliens are convicted of harming or killing Americans before they are removed.

Former Proud Canadian :" If he just lets them go with no charges, move the goalposts again to deport anyone who has been arrested.

A consistent pattern of under-charging criminal behavior, regardless of the reason,
should land the prosecutor with a charge of criminal facilitation
and is a felony , in and of, itself !
Perhaps the prosecutor should be brought up on criminal charges, himself, or be held civilly liable for future damages done by the 'perps' who were intentionally 'under-charged' by him.
