Correction: IIRC, he died of a heart attack. If one is not breathing, it makes it difficult to shout, “I can’t breathe.”
Maybe, if he wasn’t resisting arrest...Stupid law, but he paid for breaking it.
He started out saying he couldn’t breathe then the heart attack followed.
