I just went to a quack alert site (older studies used to debunk) newer studies confirm, so, who is funding the studies and were they legitimate, and, and, even Jesus couldn’t heal those who didn’t have faith. So even if you are given the perfect treatment, chances are it won’t work. We are heart, soul, mind, body. I like holistic medicine.

I had E. coli sepsis with multiple organ failure --- renal failure, airway collapse and cardiac arrest --- in Jan 2015. Some FReepers will remember praying for me (thank you.) I was given an 89% chance of dying. I was on a ventilator for 16 days.

Somehow, an overwhelming cocktail of drugs and the power of God pulled me through. I cannot thank the doctors and the whole medical team enough: they worked night and day with everything the had, to save me.

Don't know if they tried the Vitamin C thing. Thanks be to God for the scientific expertise and unswerving dedication of these highly-trained professionals who love life, and put forth every effort to save it and not destroy it.

I remember! I was going to post earlier, that even Jesus couldn’t heal those with no faith, and miracles occur when we do have faith. He loves you!

Jesus *must* love me, it must be
Him, because even in distress and extreme weakness He gives me one more heartbeat, one more breath. I just hope that when the next bout of suffering comes up -— and it comes up for everybody eventually -— He will just keep reminding me of His presence. I am such a total wilting wimp without Him.
