The key to this, as Rand Paul knows, is finding where and how often Rice (cough, Obama) went out of bounds by unmasking regular people who don't know a white Russian from a black Russian: like Joe SixPack, Nancy R. Churchgoer, etc.

You get enough regular people and then have Breitbart interview them for wtf responses, you've got a narrative to demand Obama testify.
