Liberals continue to allow child rapists and violent criminals run free.
A twenty-year-old immigrant from Guatemala who was accused of raping a minor has disappeared after posting bail. The man’s name is Gabino Vargas-Perez. He allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl who he dated briefly after stalking her for months at her high school.
Vargas-Perez posted a $5,000 bond and then disappeared immediately. (Shocker)
KETV News reports:
Prosecutors said Vargas-Perez, 20, is a legal U.S. resident, but his parents are in Guatemala.
The victim’s family says the damage has been done, and now they fear justice will never be served.
“I’m really frustrated, I’m really mad at the situation, at the law,” the teen’s aunt, remaining anonymous to protect her niece, said.
She tells KETV NewsWatch 7 that Vargas-Perez stalked the girl at school for several months before they started dating. She says her niece reported him to school administration on multiple occasions, although Omaha Public Schools says it has no record of these reports.

The judge who granted him the $5000 bond should be repeatedly raped.

There is the distinction of a non citizen legal immigrant who can be deported for criminal activity, and a naturalized American citizen who could still be called an immigrant.
Is he really a legal immigrant or is he a DACA recipient, illegally made legal by Obama’s (now Trump’s) illegal DACA program.
Would a similar defendant of non-illegale status get the same consideration.
Though to be fair the US is getting more profligate. Maybe this is a trend of the times and it isn’t specifically about illegales.

Obviously, the rapist is one of the “children” Obama flew in here from south american......perhaps he’s one of the many psychologically disturbed “children” that the psychiatrist who was checking out the “children” spoke of.
Obama is an abomination and so are his braindead followers and associates.

They wanted him to scoot. No court expenses if they never see him again.

‘disappear’ once he was allowed to bail himself out. Duh!

Don’t worry, jail isn’t the only place where people like that get what’s coming to them.
I think the fact that he came from another country, and his parents still live there, is a valid consideration when considering bail.
This guy was more of a flight risk than a rabbit when the cage door opens.
Unless it was $1,000,000 in bail, why ever risk it?
Collect the $5000 in cash. many courts forgive the bonds and the bondsman is free to bond out another.
