Maybe not, his bill defines the perfect model for premium reduction and greater participation, coverage for all. A few years ago, any self respecting Republican would jump at the chance to support this bill.

They will need to fire off a barrage of bills with different characteristics, until they hit one that passes and will return control to the states.

That is the big bugaboo.
