A Maryland high school has been thrust into the national immigration debate after a 14-year-old student said she was raped in a bathroom there by two classmates, including one who authorities said came to the U.S. illegally from Central America.
Protesters on both sides of the debate converged on a nearby elementary school Thursday during a visit by U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos. And the White House has weighed in, saying the president has made a crackdown on illegal immigration a priority "because of tragedies like this."
The Montgomery County school system has been besieged by hundreds of racist and xenophobic calls. In response, schools beefed up police presence in an attempt to reassure the anxious community.
"Now we're starting to receive calls that are threatening, saying they're going to shoot up the illegals in our school," said Derek Turner, a school system spokesman. He noted that the calls marked "a whole new level of vitriol that we haven't seen before."

Rosa Segura is just another Beaner standing up for her illegal countrymen. She is, most likely, someone who was “admitted” to our country under a previous amnesty.
According to the lawyer (who was on Tucker Carlson's show last evening) for the one illegal who's name we know, “there is evidence that the sexual encounter was consensual.! I didn't think a 14 year old girl could “consent” as a matter of law. But then this IS Maryland.
There isn’t a “Rockville School District.” Rockville HS is part of Montgomery County Public Schools. That’s 26+ public high schools alone. The population of MoCo is 5.9 MILLION. So any recall goes well beyond Rockville HS parents. Well beyond.
I would imagine the MCPS Superintendent will be gone within the year.

So any connection with his dismissal and this event will be thereby removed. And he will go on to another waiting school district with probably a higher salary and with his “contract buyout money” in his pocket to boot.
The cold hard fact of the matter is that School Administrators are this country’s highest-paid “migrant workers.”
A couple of years ago San Francisco (yes San Francisco) kicked out it’s School Superintendent ( a black woman who couldn’t even get along in uber liberal SF). In a matter of days, she landed the same job in Philadelphia, and subsequently was given the boot there as well. And each time she collected a severance package that was substantial.
I wonder if congress could pass a bill that would give parents of an affected student a federal cause of action against any school administrator who tolerated the enrollment of an illegal alien who then commits a crime against another student. Failing to ask about their immigration status would NOT be a defense.
But if you're a predator, you go where you find prey. That's why they are in a high school.

Under MD law, a girl age 14-16 can consent with a guy no more than 4 years older. If their birth dates put them within 4 years, she can (technically) consent. That doesn’t address the issue of her screaming for help.

I am sure they could. Just a simple law that says anyone who abets an alien criminal in illegal behavior against person or property shall be charged. The lawsuit this girl’s family will bring shall be interesting IMO.

Montgomery county population is about one million. The entire state of Maryland is about six million.

That quote is not from me!!! I don’t know who you are replying to, but it’s certainly not me, as your post would imply.
Right, sorry I got MoCo and MD populations mixed up... nonetheless, the point is that MoCo a really, really large school district, not some nice, compact local school district as more rural and many northeastern areas have. I’m not sure why the midAtlantic has county-wide school districts, regardless of how densely populate.
I screamed at my TV tonight, local DC news, watching how wonderfully students at Rockville HS are doing, how they’re moving on. StudentS. Not the 14 year old, whose life will never be the same, but other students are just moving on.
