Despite healthy disagreement over the repeal-replace bill, the one thing the majority will agree on in a heartbeat is that OBamacare is going away.

“Your friend might consider going for a catastrophic option if she’s young enough, and bank the premium difference”

Didn’t Odungacare eliminate Catastrophic Ins.?

My best friend was paying $900 a month for insurance with a $9000 deductible and her salary was only #34,000 a year

But she got free birth control pills as part of the bargain

I first noticed it in the 2017 rates, but the max age is 35.

Good grief. Math is not my strong suit, but even I can see that not penciling out. I hope she has no dependents.

Just when I thought I couldn’t loath this man more....

My ex brother-in-law was in his law school class. “Mediocre student. Great poker player”.

He worked hard talking to Bammy and worked hard to help to him elected, and once Bammy got elected he would never return his calls.

Make your own conclusions. Mine. This guy was scum. (And my ex-BIL is an idiot.)

Knowing Washington DC, this will never be eliminated or repealed. It can only be grown. Washington only rewards failure with bigger budgets and more regulatory powers. It certainly avoids efficiencies and reduced costs.

Yeah, but today is a new day. We've always had aggressive leftists and passive spineless R's, until now. Trump is a new phenomenon outside that paradigm, and may be a game changer.

"Trump is a new phenomenon outside that paradigm, and may be a game changer."

Yeah? Well guess what, the stupid party just stabbed Trump in the back.

As usual.

Obama is laughing at us because we still can't get our act together.

And we deserve it.

“We’re going back to the drawing board”

Source?

What’s being reported is that they will try again Friday and if there’s no support for the repeal they will move on to other things.

Plan B is to let it implode and blame the democrats.

I don’t have a source, but I have nothing to prove either.

Health care will be addressed at some point, and it won’t be what Ryan proposed. They will have to go back to the drawing board.

I don’t think Trump wants to let this languish.

Ryan’s plan was idiotic, and too many people recognize that for it to pass. At least I hope that’s true.

Last time Obama took a victory lap, Hillary had won the election already.

We saw how that worked out.

why haven’t those who oppose RYANO-CARE made an issue out of the following? surely, if true - and it seems to have legs - the public would fully realise how unsustainable Obamacare is:

23 Mar: Daily Caller: Drew Johnson: Trump Should Stop Obama Scheme That Steals Money For Obamacare
(Drew Johnson is a Senior Scholar at the Taxpayers Protection Alliance.)
What started off as a juicy rumor by a controversial website is gaining credibility, and may soon balloon into a damning scandal for former President Barack Obama and his signature health insurance program.
More importantly for America’s taxpayers, however, the allegation may serve as the beginning of the end for a highly suspect scheme known as the “Net Worth Sweep.”...
Recently revealed documents appear to confirm that the sudden influx of Obamacare funds was money the Obama administration diverted from Fannie andFreddie.

As these additional details emerged, respected financial reporters such as Maria Bartiromo of Fox News and the Fox Business Network began lambasting Obama for his dishonest budgetary tactics...

The next Net Worth Sweep is scheduled to take place on March 31. But it doesn’t have to.
If President Donald Trump is truly committed to draining the swamp, he should look no further than putting an end to the Net Worth Sweep...

The paradox of Trump in political power being that in a game change, the opposing team has a thousand players for every one of his and the referees only work for the opposing team's interests.

In a real world of real men and women of substance, we would be the game changers or equalizers.

The WWII generation were the last of the game changers in America.
