Chelsea Clinton To Receive Lifetime Impact Award For Some Reason

Chelsea Clinton is set to receive a Lifetime Impact award from Variety magazine and Lifetime next month, though it is unclear why.

The former first daughter will be honored at a “Power of Women” luncheon on April 21, Variety announced. Jessica Chastain, Gayle King, Blake Lively, Audra McDonald and Shari Redstone will also receive the awards.

Clinton, a 37-year-old mother of two, is receiving the award “for her work with Alliance for a Healthier Generation, which empowers kids to develop lifelong healthy habits,” Variety says in a statement.

The Alliance for a Healthier Generation, which helps fight childhood obesity, is affiliated with the Clinton Foundation, where Clinton serves as vice chair.

Clinton’s other achievements include being born to one of the most skilled politicians in American history, growing up in the White House, landing a $600,000 contract with MSNBC, marrying a hedge fund millionaire, and tweeting constantly about President Trump.

And the liberal circle-jerk awards continue. This is how they build a political resume for elective office. The elites are duly impressed with this crap.

She was a child star and served the same function as Cousin Oliver on The Brady Brunch. ‘Cute’ kid to humanize the adults.

Nothing new about “fake resumes”.

Amy Schumer or Sarah Silverman are far from actual comedians, Lena Dunham as an actress, Joy Behar a political thinker?

We have frauds foisted on us daily. Everything on the left is astro-turfed.

We should not forget the headlines she's made with her selfless charitable works:

"Most expensive weddings of all time {$5 million}"

"Inside Chelsea Clinton's $10m 'luxury fortress' that stretches over an entire New York City block - and has one full-time doorman to just four units"

"What did NBC News’s Chelsea Clinton do for her $600,000 salary?"

Impact award? Well, it does look like she impacted with something, perhaps the car tire she was trying to bite?

I saved a copy of such a photo with the chest ribbons and in photoshop enlarged for close examination. There was one common red and blue fruit salad type ribbon.

One of the guys had twelve each of the identical ribbon.

Love it...a worthy book title! Sorta like Obama getting the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009 for doing absolutely nothing. Also, I can't even imagine the amount of hubris it takes to write an autobiography at age 42 when you have done absolutely nothing other than being able to read the words of someone else on a teleprompter. Example:

Indeed, he has sequestered virtually everything from his and Michelle's past to the point where no one can even judge his accomplishments...if there were any.

Well if Obama can receive a Nobel Peace Prize for nothing, I suppose Chelsea certainly merits a Lifetime Achievement Award

I think we need to give Chelsea a break. This really was an opportunity to honor her father, Web Hubble, for all the great work he did for the Clinton administration.

Here’s how to interpret the award:

They’ve given an award for her lifetime, implying that they don’t think the remainder of her lifetime will amount to anything.

"The Alliance for a Healthier Generation, which helps fight childhood obesity, is affiliated with the Clinton Foundation, where Clinton serves as vice chair. "

Perhaps Chelsea is receiving this awesome award based upon the awesome success that the awesome Klintoon Foundation has had in combating childhood obesity in Haiti. At last survey, thanks to her awesome work with her awesome foundation, childhood obesity in Haiti has been nearly eradicated! /s
