Intelligence reports show then-President Elect Donald Trump and his transition team may have been monitored by agencies in the weeks after the election via “incidental collection,” a top Republican revealed in a press conference Wednesday afternoon.

“I have seen intelligence reports that clearly show that the President-elect and his team were, I guess, at least monitored,” House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-California), said.

Nunes explained “incidental collection” of information regarding the President-elect and his team occurred primarily in November through January according to reports.

The pre-vote surveillance is someplace. It has to be because that’s what they’re basing the Russian controversy on.

The “incidental” collection was an excuse.

Ah, "incidental collection". The 21st century version of "plausible deniability."

Why was Barky spying on the Russian Ambassador in the first place?

Here me now listen later.

This is the follow up question that the congresswoman from Albany should have asked. If Comey was investigating Trump since July 2016 why did he NOT wiretap his phones? If there was a real concern with Russian connections why didn’t they do their jobs and listen to the conversations?

Here’s the answer Comey can’t give.

There never was an investigation in July. But now that Trump knows they were listening to his calls they need to cover their ass and say there was an investigation. Also since it was released that they had Flynn’s calls the cat is out of the bag. Obama’s policy change to release raw collection data to all intel agencies thinking it will help trip Trump up actually may be what exposes the corrupt intel, DOJ, FBI and Obama admins. Now that the raw data is out there it can be exposed and they are worried. So they have to make up a back story on why the collected Trump phone calls.

it’s like the primaries again :)

#### the CIA and the FBI and the RINOs

I don’t believe even physical evidence for or against anyone anymore

I just want Trump to keep changing the country while they play their games.

Supposedly, according to Nunes, the monitoring of the Trump campaign (incidental contacts) had nothing to do with the Russians. This was allegedly total separate from the FBI investigation of Russian meddling in our elections and whether there was collusion with the Trump campaign.

Why isn’t it a bigger story that Barky was spying on the Russian ambassador?

My take as well. Hard to prove.

Incidental and THEN the day before he leaves office Obama gives all that information and power to his minions spread throughout the bureaucracy. Obama needs to have his ass hauled before congress and testify.

The whole “Trump is conspiring with the Russians” was total BS from the start..it was all an excuse so that Obama and his minions could go poking around and see what Trump is up to..the left has been planning this since last April as an excuse as to why Hillary Clinton lost..Obama and his minions belong in JAIL but they have the media protecting them so the odds of that happening are close to zero

I emailed it to Rush as well. I encourage others to do the same. I think it does shed a lot of light on what’s really going on.

I’d love for Rush or someone to get this more exposure. I don’t care if they take credit for it or not...I just want the criminals exposed.

Nunes did not want to let Schiff warn scumbags to flee the country.

Somebody at one of the hearings asked a pointed question about what happens if there's second-hand collection of data about someone who wasn't supposed to be monitored. The answer was that they had a sacred obligation (paraphrasing) to make sure that data wasn't saved or used in any way.

Then there's the lies about it. Comey's cocky assurance that the FBI wasn't involved is beyond the pale.

Keep in mind that after the election all sorts of shenanigans were going on to try to steal the election for hillary. They could've been listening to any strategies the Trump team had to counteract that.

Is Obama still in French Polynesia? If he's involved, should he stay there?

Needs to be shouted from the rooftops.

If its not reported by the MSM, it never happened.
Think of how long it took the MSM to even cover the Podesta Wikileaks and even then they were called fake.
