And what progress are they referring to? The increased shootings and gangs; more families on welfare and food stamps; poor education in the inner cities or??? Doesn’t seem like that money has had much of a return on investment.

I have a friend who works for a company that has hired a few illegals. He says they do 3 times the work of the ghetto Blacks from the area.

The black political leaders didn't say the African-American community was losing ground. They said "we" (the black political leaders) are losing ground. Sometimes politicians tell the truth by mistake.
Yup, I work in San Francisco, live a bit south, and yeah, I’ve seen it happen over the last 20-30 years. It’s actually pretty sad that the majority of blacks here are either living in public housing or homeless. We’re one step removed from the animals at the zoo at this point.
Not to mention progress in soaring public school illiteracy rates, gang membership, single mother "families", welfare dependency, food stamps, rampant drug use and record homicide rates. This cannot stand!
Actually this is good news! They’re nothing but Democrat hacks anyway.
Same here in NJ; they were the primary target of the “replacement Americans”. Now they’re trafficking Asians here to replace the white Americans in the remaining white-collar work.
Obama and the Democrats tried to force whites into the same existence (100% government dependence); that is why Trump won.
This is just early campaigning for the 2018 mid-terms, to prevent the unreported story from 2016 from being repeated: The high number of blacks who didn’t vote for Hillary Clinton. They definitely cost her the election.
