Black lawmakers and political leaders in California warned Wednesday that President Donald Trump’s proposed federal budget cuts threaten to upend decades of progress in the African-American community on issues ranging from voting rights to education.

Trump hasn't been president very long so if the African-American community is losing ground that's something that started before he took office. How is the African-American community doing in black run cities such as Detroit, Baltimore, New Orleans?

What does Donald Trump owe to California? The vote fraud there gave a bogus “popular vote” victory to his opponent, who failed big league throughout most of the rest of the United States, and the few times he ventured out there, he was met with unyielding hostility. They did not even want to HEAR what he had to say. And they hurt others to make that point even more strongly.
The Donald has no need to lie, and he gains absolutely nothing by resorting to the kind of “cheat” that seems to profit others so much.

In the past 60 days, blacks have lost on “every ground”? Before the Republican even passed legislation? Wow. I wonder how he did that.
California is just about the bluest state in the Union, and black people are literally losing ground here more than anywhere else, as the black population is replaced by immigrants from all over.
blacks need to lose what the wanna be black leaders want, it is slavery, reject them embrace Christianity, work and country..that would help the black people more than anything

African-Americans have been replaced by illegal Mexicans. Will they accept it or act to have them deported?
There losing by having opportunities for real jobs and their free stuff is being cut off. Those black leaders consider that as losing ground.
