"..Obama would not have needed a warrant to authorize surveillance on Trump. Obama was the president and as such enjoyed authority under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to order surveillance on any person in America, without suspicion, probable cause or a warrant...
National Security Agency has 24/7 access to the mainframe computers of all telecom providers and all computer service providers and to all digital traffic carried by fiber optics in the U.S...
Obama needed only to ask the NSA for a transcript of Trumps telephone conversations to be prepared from the digital versions that the NSA already possessed..NSA would have been duty-bound to provide them...
if Obama did order the NSA to prepare transcripts...there would exist somewhere a record of such an order...if Obama did this, he no doubt used a source on which hed leave no fingerprints...
Sources have told me that the British...GCHQ, most likely provided Obama with transcripts of Trumps calls...GCHQ...has the digital versions of all electronic communications made in America in 2016, including Trumps...by bypassing all American intelligence services, Obama would have had access to what he wanted with no Obama administration fingerprints...
when senior American intelligence officials denied that their agencies knew about this, they were probably being truthful...three days after Trumps inauguration, the head of GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, abruptly resigned...
We face the gravest threat to personal liberty...
We have an unelected, unnamed, unaccountable elite group in the intelligence community manipulating the president at will and possessing intimate, detailed knowledge about all of us that it can reveal.
We have statutes that have given the president unconstitutional powers that have apparently been used. And we have judges on secret courts facilitating all this as if the Constitution didnt exist.
For how much longer will we have freedom?

Why?
1. US NSA surveillance captures all electronic communications between people and stores in databases (i.e. warrantless wiretap). Recent history here: https://www.eff.org/nsa-spying
2. From whistleblower here (example of one AT&T location): https://www.eff.org/files/filenode/att/presskit/ATT_onepager.pdf
3. Timeline of NSA domestic spying" https://www.eff.org/nsa-spying/timeline
4. SW engineer coworkers were advising me in the late 1980s - early 1990s that I should ALWAYS use encryption tools for ALL my electronic communications and advising me which search / email providers to avoid due to such privacy / surveillance concerns.
The Judge asks - For how much longer will we have freedom?
I ask - how much tyranny (oppression of the thoughts, minds and actions) will citizens stand?
Does a bear poop in the woods ?
Does the Pope poop in the papal palace.
Probably.
The story here is the Judge reportin on Fox. Hmmmmm
IF they would take the time to get to know obama.. they’d know he’s up to no good.. ever! He’s a control freak and a bad dude.
Yes, comey parsed his words to carefully weasel out of having to go up against obama/hillary/bill/and all those intelligence persons who voted for hillary. he hoped to save his job... and I hope he’s gone! as well as the rest of them.. it’s a shame the swamp runs so deep and wide... how many have opted to sell their souls for whatever they could get!
On march 16. He has since been fired by fox if I am not istaken
Yeah, it’s no longer a joke to ask if the Pope is Catholic. ;-)
Has anybody noticed Obama has not personally and in public denied
spying on Trump?
He has sent his hacks out, but 0 hasn’t denied it personally.
Obama responsible. He was the President. Start at the top. Go Jeff Sessions!
The last time I was “ istaken”I was drinkin

Do Korean shop keepers watch brothers like a hawk when they enter ?
and Obama hiding in Tahiti is just a vacation
What also lends lead pipe credence is that the U.S. and the Brits have had a treaty, if you will, last updated in 1947, stating the agreement for each to monitor the private communications of each other’s private citizens, and provide hard copies of acquired private electronic communications, as and when requested by either nation.
Oy. The perils of using the phone keypad. Just a istake
Oy. The perils of using the phone keypad.
