What also lends lead pipe credence is that the U.S. and the Brits have had a treaty, if you will, last updated in 1947, stating the agreement for each to monitor the private communications of each other’s private citizens, and provide hard copies of acquired private electronic communications, as and when requested by either nation.

We know they recorded the Russian Ambassadors conversation with Mike Flynn, his "transcripts" were leaked to the press, the press leaked his name, a private citizen caught in a NSA sweep. That leak is a felony crime.
So now we know that a former administration did have nefarious intentions against the incoming administration and used NSA raw data to reveal, hurt, harm an American citizen. I would rather the NSA re authorization not renewed ever again, in all honesty I would rather take my chances with the jihadi's.
I am not jumping on a bandwagon, my tech company invested in 1992 technology called "Checkpoint Charlie" it was a hardware card ad on for a pc, to protect said computer from hacking or snooping. We got the question, "why do you need that, what are you trying to hide?" I hate that statement.
I also quit flying for 6 years, only one flight in 8 now, due to the total infringement of my fourth amendment rights being violated by the airport security. I would rather take my chances with a jihadi.
