“Yup, AC were the best tractors made.”

There used to be a lot of brand loyalty between farmers and their tractors. Think International Harvester, Case, Oliver, Massey Ferguson, Minneapolis Moline, and Ford.

No more. Tractors became just another product line for the MBAs.

I drive a Cub Cadet from the early 80’s. It has the IH badge.

I bought a Ford 5000 last summer, 70 hp of rompin’ stompin’ fun!

I got a attachment for the front bucket that allows to uproot 10”-12” trees.

We had a late 70s Cub Cadet mower that was as tough as it came.

My dad bought another in the mid 80s that had hydrostatic drive. It wasn’t anywhere near as good the direct gear drive all-manual tank from a few years before.
