Serious claim: FBI's Comey 'falsely' denied surveillance
Worldnet Daily ^ | 22 March 2017 | Bob Unruh

The lawyer who founded Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch, Larry Klayman, has sent a letter to Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, asking him to look at a whistleblower’s evidence of “systematic illegal surveillance on prominent Americans, again including the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen such as Donald Trump, and even yours truly.”

That spying was done, Klayman’s letter contends, by the FBI.

It’s become a major issue following President Trump’s assertion that he and Trump Tower were spied upon by the federal government, and the subsequent denials by intelligence and law-enforcement officials, including FBI Director James Comey, who famously cleared Hillary Clinton on accusations she mishandled classified information as U.S. secretary of state.

“Oddly....how all this spills out AFTER Comey’s testimony”

At least some people in the intelligence community have some integrity.

Thanks!

From your link:

Director Comey intentionally obfuscates knowledge of the question from Rep Stefanik; using parseltongue verbiage to get himself away from the sunlit timeline.

The counter-intel investigation, by his own admission, began in July 2016. Congress was not notified until March 2017. That’s an eight month period – Obviously obfuscating the quarterly claim moments earlier.

Doesn’t Trump have the ability to fire Comey? If so why hasn’t he? What am I missing here?

This.

Is Comey dirty and blackmailed? Is he good deep down but forced to play bad because there is some video he doesn’t want to surface? Does Trump actually, sincerely trust the guy (they MUST have spoken privately by now), or does he “need” him for certain appearances and has a plan to get rid of him later???

Sumthin.

There’s more to come
Trumps response today to if he felt vindicated was
“I somewhat do!”

Eventually he will be completely vindicated. When it all comes out!

True Pundit is not reliable in the slightest. Full of stuff that people want to hear that turns out not to be the case. Very clickbaity, not very reliable.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Unfortunately, ignorance of the facts (or forgetting them) is. There is no law against being dumb, voting Democrat, etc.

‘I didn’t know until I read it in the paper’ is a time honored excuse.

Yep, Klayman thru Judicial Watch as been far more effective than all of Congress, in the last decade or so, when it comes to exposing government wrong doing.

And yet he was a considered a bigger clown that Orly Taiz here on FreeRepublic.
