.... Bet the Democrats are breathing a huge collective sigh of relief knowing that they are finally going to get this Obamacare debacle Albatross off of their backs and able to finally saddle the Republicans with it. They have been waiting for this for sooooooo long.
.... I'm kind of surprised that the Republicans keep falling for the old Democrat bait and switch strategy almost every time though.
Have you looked into Christian Healthcare alternatives?
You mean, the one we had BEFORE the Obamanation of Obamacare?
That’s the definition of catastrophic. A serious illness can run you up to $100k+ pretty quickly. 10% does not sound out of line and the higher the bill goes the lower percentage is on you. If you want every little thing covered it’s gonna cost.
And there have been examples around here of people paying $10,000, $12,000, or more in premiums for that kind of deductible. So we already have catastrophic insurance...and people can't afford it.
With all due respect, who gives a crap about my car? If I had to do it, I could buy a wrecker and use that to get to work for a year or two.
I - nor anyone - don’t view my health through the prism of what I can afford. If you offered me three cancer treatments, I’m taking the best one regardless of cost. So would you. So would anyone.
No one is going bargain hunting with their healthcare.
That's not true. I'm not alone in looking for simple solutions, based as much as possible on nutrition, healthy living, and first aid. If that's my choice, why should I have to subsidize people who need a professional to monitor their blood pressure or tell them what to eat? Why should I subsidize people who take pain killers every time a doctor tells them to? etc
What if you want you old pre-Obamacare doctor and your old pre-Obamacare plan?
