“Thought there was no intel in the raid per McCain?”

McCain is the epitome of a jackass.

Good catch!

Thing is, though, it can’t be all that much harder to rig a timed detonator...

Retarded. How difficult is it to include remote detonation while the l/t is in the hold?

I don’t know, when the question is about no intelligence, I don’t think you can go wrong with McCain.

McVain and fellow libscum in MSM sought to paint the raid as a failure with no real knowledge, simply pure politics. Anything to try to undermine President Trump.

ALSO, even if you don’t end up getting intel or other results you expected, you don’t KNOW that in advance, when the decisions had to be made. President Trump was not the one assessing the risks and prospects in proposing the raid, he was accepting the best military judgments in the chain of command. Whatever the outcome of the raid, it had been developed and planned over a long period of time by the relevant military experts.

The idea that ignorant 2nd-guessers can disparage the sacrifice and heroics involved is disgusting, as usual in such cases.

I posted this on a previous similar thread.

Pablo Escobar had a passenger plane taken down with a bomb in a tape recorder. And we all remember lockerbie scotland,Pan Am Flight 103.

why only 10 cities? I’d ban them on all flights since a person with a bomb like this can book a flight from a different airport to the USA.

Solution to baggage bombs: Require all baggage to be sent to destination via FedEx or UPS.

We have been doing that for 15 years...It's always been there waiting when we check in.

Somewhat expensive, but really hassle free travel...Most hotels will have it to your room within 30-40 minutes after arrival.

Any time someone complains about it, they should just be told the TSA is enforcing the McCain Rule.

“The battery bombs would need to be manually triggered, a source explained, which is why the electronics ban is only for the aircraft cabin not checked luggage.”

Racism! Get the 9th Circus on the horn!

Curious. I traveled for work to Taiwan on the first days after the skies opened for travel after 911. On the return flight check-in process, all were asked to open their laptops, power them on and open their choice of software in the Programs section of the Windows Button.

I am really surprised it has taken them (DHS) this long to realize the potential and a warrior was killed for them to wake up.. Asleep at the switch and just lucky that the “nothing” that McCain railed against about the raid, didn’t get to the next point of taking another airliner down.
