It’s well beyond ideological tone deafness that leads the Maryland Democrat State Legislature to propose they become the first entire sanctuary state in the nation against the backdrop of a brutal rape of a 14-year-old freshman student by 17 and 18-yr-old illegal alien classmates.
Just hours ago republican governor Larry Hogan posted this on his Facebook page:

Voters fail to recognize that School Districts receive more tax dollars for every butt in a school desk and the Teacher Union dues increase according to class population.
They don’t give a damn about the students.
We are at war here, and it isn’t just illegal aliens, it is our own countrymen.
Who is and is not a citizen, and maintaining borders and laws on this is NOT a state perogative, it is a Constitutional, Federal function.
If states do this (Maryland) or locales in states (San Francisco) the full weight of the Federal government should be brought to bear on them.
Those dumb liberals in Montgomery County, who routinely vote in the likes of Van Hollen and Cardin (boht of whom are hiding under their beds right about now) and this is what they get: their 14 year old daughters being gang-raped by Guatamalan men who are NINTH GRADE CLASSMATES because they think its the responsibility of the Maryland taxpayer to educate these criminal animals how to speak the language of the country they brazenly crashed.
