During the opening day of confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) called the NRA an “extreme organization” that stands in the way of getting “military-style assault weapons off our streets.”
Feinstein’s NRA comment came after she voiced her expectations that the Supreme Court will have final say on air and water pollution and just before she addressed employers who “[discriminate] against workers.”
CSPAN 2 aired Feinstein’s comments: “It is the Supreme Court that will have final word … [on] whether the NRA and other extreme organizations will be able to block common sense gun regulations, including those that keep military-style assault weapons off our streets.”

There is no doubt in my mind that if Hillary had won, she would’ve appointed a SC Justice to ensure that happened. This is one of their biggest disappointments and delays.
DiFi wouldn’t want her and her husband’s financial portfolio scrutinized too closely. Billions of dollars in government contracts have gone to Richard Blum, and we can only imagine how many millions he and wifey DiFi have put in their bank accounts as a result. The woman is a walking scandal and a prime example of DC corruption. She has no business being a senator.

Senator Fineswine knows damn well that the Congress Has the Absolute Authority under Article 3, Section 2 of the US Constitution to Limit the role of the supreme Court, Congress Decides what the Court can Hear.
She is admitting that she has NEVER READ the Document that she swore an Oath to uphold.
When question is Feinswine asks a question about BIG Corporations against the little man(how Sexist) having looked at thousands of cases. She asks about his rulings in these type cases. He replies with, his many rulings for the little man.

I have a question...why is it every time Trump’s cabinet nominees or judges go before Congress...it is the DEMS that seem to dominate and grandstand. I thought we were the majority?
She accused Gorsuch of never siding with the “little guy”. He began reciting a litany of cases where he did side with the little guy. She said something like, “OK. I’ll read them.”
WHY, knowing that she’d be participating in a YUGE hearing this week, did she not get this basic information under her belt before? The least she could do is minimal homework and prep time before showing up for work. She looks so stupid and uninformed/misinformed.
