Mark Cuban: Amend U.S. Constitution to Make Healthcare a Right
PJ Media ^ | March 19, 2017 | Nicholas Ballasy

Billionaire entrepreneur and owner of the Dallas Mavericks Mark Cuban criticized the Congressional Budget Office’s use of a 10-year score to determine the effects of the Republicans' American Health Care Act and said the U.S. Constitution should be amended to make healthcare a right.

Cuban compared the CBO’s use of a decade timeframe to the ABC television show Shark Tank, where he stars as one of the investors that hears pitches from business owners. He said one- to four-year timeframes are better but “marginally predictable.”

Nice to pervert our Constitution Mr. Cuban. At least he wants to destroy the Constitution through the amendment process. The Constitution is a document about negative rights, freedom from gov't action, not positive rights, right to free stuff. If healthcare is a Constitutional right then if I want a billion dollars for some experimental treatment, perhaps implant my brain in a cyborg, then the taxpayer is forced to cough up the money???

Let’s start with more humble aims:

Rich guys should use less obvious hair dye.

If Mark wants true socialism, we should be allowed to take away much of his wealth. Redistribution of wealth wouldn’t sound as nice we really did that. Clowns like Mark prefer redistribution of income of the working class.

I propose a Constitutional amendment that requires billionaires like Cuban to be taxed at 99%.

The trend is to make everything a right.

How does that work? To give “free” health insurance they have to tax the air we breathe.

You first, Mark: do you provide health coverage to all of your employees, in every company you own? I call BS.

The constitution makes slavery illegal.

Healthcare is a service/product that is rendered by a person.

Making it a “right” forces someone to do it, or else your “rights” have been violated.

So if you live in the middle of nowhere, like Alaska, you will need someone forced to staff a clinic to render you your “rights”.
