In the early morning hours after a long election night, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said she received a call from the Clinton campaign that Team Hillary only a day earlier seemed confident would never happen.
I look down literally it was like a movie my phone is ringing and it said Huma Abedin [Clintons longtime aide]. And I said, Hey, Huma. Whats up? Conway recalled during a talk at the National Review Institutes Ideas Summit in Washington on March 17.
Kellyanne Conway
And shes absolutely lovely, she really is. And shes like Hi Kellyanne, Secretary Clinton would like to speak to Mr. Trump. And I said, Now? And she said, Is he available? And I said, Were very available!
And I handed [Trump] the phone. My husband took a screenshot of that at 2:30 a.m. I handed him the phone and he and Vice President Pence and their wives were there and the rest is history.
So that was just really a remarkable moment and I think it was a remarkable moment for anybody, any David fighting a Goliath, frankly, Conway said.
President Donald Trumps campaign manager, now a top adviser in the new administration, said that the night before the election, she and Clintons team spoke over email about when the concession call would happen.
Robby Mook (Clintons campaign manager) had agreed the night before through an email to me that within 15 minutes of the AP calling the race for Secretary Clinton, they would wait 15 minutes and then she would take to the podium and declare victory, Conway said.
So he was basically saying that you have 15 minutes for Mr. Trump to get out there [and give a concession speech] or shes going to declare victory either way.
And then he

Thank you.
I have been pounding on that for YEARS!
Crickets...
The site was called "EXPECT MORE" and annually rated every program financed by the feds with taxpayer money. OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. AND DEFICIT SPENDING, OF COURSE. Rated thousands of programs, including duplicates and taxes which never went away.
I last accessed the site through the Wayback Machine" earlier this year. The site was accessible as an "archive", but it was all there through the date that Obama became president. Obama removed it the first week he was in office, and erased it from the "wayback" machine too, somehow.
Here is the last URL that made it accessible.
I used this link successfully in January. But it failed to work a week ago, when I last tried it. The GOPe must have eliminated it somehow.
If Trump decides NOT to reactivate the site while "draining the Swamp," he is making a HUGE mistake.
The "Wayback Machine" site allowed me the opportunity to reactivate the link and I just tried it and the home page came up!
I have not tried digging into the site to see details of the last evaluation (2007 or 2008?,) I assume.
Keep in mind, that the site was huge, and linked internally the hundreds of agencies that administered the data, so it may not work as it once did. I am hoping however, that it includes the ratings of a few agencies.
As an example, the "Headstart" education program never rated above 50%, yet was never eliminated.
If working properly, it should rate hundreds of programs, with the goal that, if the success rating was below 60%, the program should be eliminated.
Since the elimination depends on Congress, as far as I can remember, NO PROGRAM WAS EVER ELIMINATED!
Naw. The balloon drop was cancelled the day before. Team Hill knew she was in big trouble.
One of the greatest days in American history. Exactly what we Americans are all about. Taking down the tyrants.
LOSER clinton
