What does she intend to do about it? Use harsh language? Would she order a Californian law officer to take armed action? Would a Californian law officer draw down on a Federal agent? It would make an interesting beginning to CWII.

When Democrats are in the WH and running Congress, federal law preempts state law. Period. And no one questions it.
When it’s the other way around, Democrat federal judges and Democrat state judges call the shots and may preempt federal law.
Sedition is conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state. What the Democrats are doing is sedition.

Cal Cops using bars as bait for DUI arrests shut down a lot of bars (and put a lot of musicians out of work). Why wouldn’t it be equivalent treatment under the law for ICE to use courts as bait to shut down a lot of felony illegals (and put a lot of judges out of work)?

Trump should tell Kelly to have the DHS agents triple down on arresting them at the courthouses. This judge does not have the authority to tell the executive branch how to conduct its duties.
she was criticizing, not ordering. She does have a right to open her gob, but she should not do so.
