California’s top judge criticized federal immigration agents for using courthouses as “bait” — a place for “stalking” immigrants who “pose no risk to public safety.”
Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye wrote a letter Thursday to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Department of Homeland Security Secretary John F. Kelly amid reports of federal agents going to courthouses and scouting for immigrants who are not in the country legally.
Such incidents have been reported in California, Texas, Oregon, Colorado and Arizona.
In the letter, Cantil-Sakauye requested that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents stop arresting immigrants at courthouses.

Now is there any doubt some FEDERAL judge isn’t going try to jam up these deportations.
If you find you are not emotionally able to preform your job with people who commit crimes, kindly recluse yourself from the bench. A piece of friendly advice; If you find it difficult to handle how laws apply to criminals, perhaps you should seek another line of work.
This wouldn’t be necessary if California would honor ICE holds.
She is a state judge and as such I do not think she has any power over the Fed agents. Perhaps if she and the rest of CA were not sanctuary people, cities and state, and cooperated with ICE, then the agents wouldn’t have to look for illegals outside courthouses.

ICE agents should be looking under every freaking rock for those snakes and especially in every sanctuary hiding place, and especially in and around courthouses. And ANYONE who interferes with their searches should be arrested for obstructing authorized law enforcement in the performance of their lawful duties.
No problem FAKE JUDGE! ICE is only looking for people in the country illegally NOT immigrants!

Go to the local food stamp office or welfare agency
Impeach the judge for acting beyond her authority.
