We need a law past that eliminates ANY JUDGE from single handedly being able to rule on such a major decision. One person should NOT have the authority to make such a monumental decision on the safety of the American people, NONE! There is NO RASONABLE REASON to not have a vetting period to allow for screen these people.
Jurisdiction stripping handles that nicely - but the Uniparty's plan all along was to have 5 judges rule the United States from the Supreme Court bench, after a Hillary win.

Congress has the power to remove immigration from the jurisdiction of the federal courts and at this point, given the non-sensical rulings with now law backing the courts, they should just do it.
